LSS / Jochen Mühlenbrink (b. 1980, Germany) is an artist based in Dusseldorf.
His “MP” exhibition challenges traditional norms through his innovative use of trompe l’oeil techniques. By replacing pigments with reflections, his mirror paintings engage viewers directly, capturing their images alongside the vibrant lights of Chinatown. Known for investigating reality within modernist and classical art principles, Mühlenbrink thoughtfully breaks away from conventions to create immersive, thought-provoking experiences.
